Sub-Surface Informational Surveys, Inc. has original SIR-3 as well as the latest SIR-2000 subsurface interface radar system and related antennas. The SIR-2000 is a portable, digital system designed for a broad range of environmental, geotechnical, geological and engineering applications. This system provides real time profiles from our subsurface field data immediately on site. Data is displayed in the field on a video screen then stored on an internal hard drive to be brought back to the office for processing. We are able to store continuous visual profiling with faster data collection and better data continuity throughout the entire profile. Going from a field atmosphere to the inside of a building is now a matter of minutes with almost not setup and breakdown procedures as was required by old systems. With this convenience, we are now able to cover more surface in less time.
